The only equal to its fullness is the intensity of its fresh citrus aromas with an excellent acidity-sweetness balance making it as pleasant for wine tasting as while eating. Its beautiful length makes it a wine for all instances.
White meats, mild and /or medium cheeses, fondues, fish of shellfish.
Very promising well made wine. This wine shows vigour but also has a suave complement to its dry character.
